- (1.) This petition assails order dated 30 th May, 2009 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ambala, partly accepting the objections filed by the petitioners.
(2.) Petitioners Mangat Ram, Puran Chand, Kalawati are the legal representatives of Firoz Ram @ Piroz Ram since deceased Judgment debtor. Banarsi Dass and Ramali are also one of the judgment-debtors. Basakhi Ram is the legal representative of Viro judgment debtor. Satpal is the legal representative of Shanti judgment debtor. Mangat Ram petitioner (judgment debtor) has also died and is now represented by Prem Kumari, Usha Rani, Veena Rani, Rita Rani and Neelam Rani.
(3.) Decree-holders in this case are Bachhitar Singh, Amar Kaur, Surjeet Kaur. Surjit Kaur has died and is now represented by her legal representatives.;
