This order will dispose of all the aforementioned petitions filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C.read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for cancellation of anticipatory bail of respondents-accused granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari, vide its order dated 17.1.2012 in complaint case No.14 RT of 1.6.2009, titled Rai Bahadur Makhan Lal Dharamshala Trust and others v. Ajay Goel and others, under Sections 120-B, 420, 463, 464, 467, 468, & 471 IPC.
(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully.

Briefly stated, respondents-accused Ajay Goel, Usha Goel and Tarun Goel were summoned to face trial for offences punishable under Sections 420, 463, 464, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rewari, vide order dated 18.3.2011 on the basis of preliminary evidence adduced by petitioner-complainant and they were directed to appear before the Court on 9.6.2011. On that day all the three accused appeared before learned trial Court and filed application for regular bail. Arguments were heard by learned trial Court on the bail application and, however, the case was ordered to be called again after some time for pronouncement of order on the bail application. When the case was called again by learned trial Court for pronouncement of order on the bail application, respondents-accused absconded from the Court and an application for exemption of their personal appearance was moved by their counsel on their behalf. Hence, learned trial Court did not announce the order on application of bail of accused and kept the same pending and the case was adjourned for presence of accused and for pronouncement of order on the bail application.;
