- (1.) On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel had taken time to ascertain whether there are other cases pending against applicantsappellants Sukhwinder Singh and Nikka. On instructions from Head Constable Dalbir Singh of Police Station Sadar Nakodar, District Jalandhar, it is submitted that there are no other cases pending against the applicantsappellants.
(2.) Heard counsel for the parties. The criminal miscellaneous application has been filed seeking suspension of sentence of imprisonment of the applicants-appellants Cril. Appeal No.5-DB of 2009.
(3.) Sukhwinder Singh and Nikka, during the pendency of the appeal.;
