- (1.) Quashing of FIR No.30 dated 5.6.2011 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, registered at P.S. City Banga, District SBS Nagar and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom is sought on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-1, P-2 and P-2A).
(2.) On 8.11.2011, this Court passed the following order:- This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.30 dated 5.6.2011 (Annexure P-3) under Sections 406, 420 IPC, registered with Police Station City, Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, on the basis of compromise dated 21.10.2011 (Annexure P-1, P-2 & P-2A). Notice of motion for 22.2.2012.

The orders dated 22.2.2012 and 24.4.2012 may also be noticed, which read thus:- Order dated 22.2.2012: This is a petition for quashing of FIR No.30 dated 05.6.2011 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC registered with Police Station City, Banga, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, on the basis of compromise. Adjourned to 17.4.2012. In the meantime, the affected parties would appear before the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banga on 06.3.2012, who shall record their respective statements with regard to compromise and submit his report on or before the date fixed by this Court. Order dated 24.4.2012: Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that there is no court of Judicial Magistrate at Banga. He further submits that the concerned police station lies within the jurisdiction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawan Shahr. In view of the above, it is directed that the affected parties would appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawan Shahr on 03.5.2012, who shall record their respective statements with regard to the compromise and submit his report on or before 31.5.2012 in terms of the order dated 22.2.2012. ;
