JUDGEMENT

(1.) The unsuccessful plaintiff who was non-suited by both the Courts below in a suit laid by her for bare injunction, has come forward with the present second appeal.
(2.) Plaintiff-appellant has alleged in the plaint that the Rehabilitation Department, Punjab, is the owner of the suit property.
Plaintiff having become a tenant has been in possession of the suit property, paying rent regularly to the Government. Alleging that the respondentdefendants have no manner of right, title or interest over the suit property but they have been posing a threat to interfere with the possession of the plaintiff, the plaintiff has filed a suit for the aforesaid relief.
(3.) Defendants have contended in their written statement that the suit property is an evacuee property, vested originally in the Rehabilitation Department. One Gurcharan Singh purchased the same in public auction.
Sale certificate dated 31.12.1959 was issued in his favour by the Rehabilitation Department. Gurcharan Singh sold and delivered possession of the suit property to the 4 th defendant and his brother Gurmeet Singh under a registered sale-deed. Plaintiff was engaged as a maid-servant for the family of the 4 th defendant. They inducted the plaintiff as a licensee only in a portion of the house property in dispute.;
