- (1.) Criminal Miscellaneous Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Crl. Misc. No. M-6532 of 2012.
(2.) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for the issuance of direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect lives and liberty of the petitioners from respondent No. 4. The petitioners contend that they being major, have solemnized their marriage in accordance with law. They further submit that the private respondents are not accepting the marriage of the petitioners and adamant to separate the petitioners from each other by resorting to illegal means. They further submit that in view of the imminent danger to their lives and liberty they have already moved a representation (Annexure P-5) before the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad.

Without going deep into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad to take action, as warranted by law, on the representation (Annexure P-5) and in the meantime, issue necessary orders to ensure that no harm is caused to the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents.;
