- (1.) Om Parkash died in a road accident on October 31, 1991.
(2.) His divorced wife Parmila Devi and wife Kelo Devi filed separate claim applications before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal'), Kaithal.
(3.) During the pendency of the claim application, Kelo Devi died and, thereafter, Sandokhi, sister of Om Parkash prosecuted the claim application being the legal representative of Om Parkash.;
