- (1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide his legal notice (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law.
(2.) In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-2) and decide the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
(3.) In case the payment is found to be due to the petitioner, the same shall be released to it within one month of the decision.;
