- (1.) This insurer's appeal is directed against the judgment dated May 16th, 2011 passed by the Commissioner, Jind under the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.
(2.) On December 5th, 2007 Amarjt Singh, Cleaner on truck No. RJ-31-G-2925 died in a road accident while travelling in the said truck. His widow, two minor children and parents filed claim application under Section 22 of the Act before the Commissioner.
(3.) It was pleaded that Amarjit Singh was 38 years old and drawing salary of Rs.8000/- per month.;
