- (1.) The complaint filed by Rajesh Bhatt was ordered to be taken up on the judicial side. Notice was issued to the State.
(2.) Learned State counsel who is assisted by Sub Inspector Satbir Singh has submitted that complainant was facing trial in FIR No. 704 dated 22.11.2011 under Sections 306, 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on a complaint made by Rekha, sister of Satish Kumar (husband of Deepa, daughter of the complainant).
(3.) Para No. 1 of the status report reads as under: i) The matter regarding missing of the Girl Deepa came in the knowledge of SHO P. S. Chandni Bagh, Panipat when a complaint made by Satish son of Bhira, Caste Brahaman, resident of Village Dadola, District Panipat. On the same day, the police has registered a DDR No. 51 dated 07.08.2010, in Police Station Chandni Bagh, Panipat regarding the missing of said Deepa. ii)That on 08.08.2010, news was telecasted on City Cable, Panipat regarding missing of said girl Deepa. iii)That on 07.08.2010, a message was also sent to all the SHO's of Police Station's in District Panipat and also to all District Superintendent of Police, in India. iv)That the posters with photo and full details of said Deepa were also pasted in the locality. v) That on 27.08.2010, matter was enquired from Vinod son of Ramdhan, Radheshyam son of Jagdish, Jaibhagwan son of Manglu and Rambhaj son of Ramdiya, all residents of Village Dadola, District Panipat. vi)That on 12.09.2010, matter was enquired from Babli (Sarpanch village Dadola) wife of Naresh. vii)That on 04.10.2010, matter was enquired from Jasbir son of Sh. Parmanand uncle of Deepa at Village Fatehpur (U. P. ), on the same day, matter was also enquired from Sh. Brijpal son of Sugna Ram relative of Rajesh (Petitioner) at village Chhimau (U. P. ) On the same day the investigating officer enquired from the officials of police Station Nanota (U. P. ) about Deepa, record of police station also perused. viii)That on 27.06.2012, the brief details of Deepa on prescribed proforma was sent to Akashwani Rohtak for broadcasting the same. ix)That on 06.07.2012, the detail particulars and photograph of Deepa was sent to Delhi Doordarshan for telecasting the same on National Channel. x) That on 25.08.2012, record of police Station Kotvali Shamli (U. P. ) was inspected and the posters with photograph of Deepa was pasted on the conspicuous places. xi)That on 27.08.2012, record of police station Murthal District Sonepat (HR) was inspected and the posters with photograph of Deepa were pasted on the conspicuous places. xii)That on 03.09.2012, posters with photograph of Deepa were pasted at conspicuous places in Shamli, Kairana and Nanota (U. P. ) xiii)That on 04.09.2012, the record of P. S. Sadar Panipat was inspected and the posters with photograph of Deepa were pasted at conspicuous places at bus stand, railway station Panipat. Again the matter was telecasted on city cable Panipat. xiv)That on 05.09.2012, again a message was sent to all SHO's of Police Station in District Panipat and also to all District Superintendent of Police, in India. xv)That on 06.09.2012, again poster were sent to all SHO's and CRO, District Police Office, Panipat regarding missing of Deepa. xvi)That on 13.09.2012, the brief details of Deepa were sent to Akashwani, Rohtak for broadcasting. xvii)That on 14.09.2012, the police has checked the record of missing persons from missing persons squad-kotvali, Dariyaganj Delhi. The particulars of Deepa were also sent to the Delhi Doordarshan Kendra for telecasting. The posters having photographs were pasted at Police Station Dariyaganj, Old Delhi, Railway Station, ISBT, Delhi. xviii)That on 15.09.2012, again the matter was enquired by the police from Jasbir Uncle of Deepa at his village Fatehpur (U. P. ) xix)That on 16.09.2012, record of Police Station Kairana (U. P. ) was perused, enquiry was made from the officials of PS Kairana and the posters consisting particular of Deepa were pasted at Shamli, Kairana etc. etc. ;
