Rajesh Bindal J. - (1.) This order will dispose of C.W.P. Nos. 5984, 6251, 6353, 6432, 6982 and 9746 of 2012, as common questions of law and facts are involved.
(2.) The petitioners herein have approached this court challenging the advertisement dated 13.3.2012, issued by Chandigarh Administration, inviting applications for the post of JBT Teachers, on various grounds mentioned in the petitions.
(3.) Learned counsels appearing for Chandigarh Administration have submitted that Chandigarh Administration has decided in principle to withdraw the aforesaid advertisement, however, the formal order shall be issued after the meeting of the Executive Committee of Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan Society.;
