- (1.) The petitioner has filed the instant petition with a prayer that the respondents be directed to give him 35 marks for the purpose of consideration of his merit in so far as the grant of retail dealership for petrol pump and diesel pump is concerned.

The respondents had advertised for appointment of petroleum outlet dealers known as Kisan Seva Kendra on 27.8.2010. 384 locations were identified by the respondents and the petitioner applied for the locations mentioned at Serial No.182 for Ateli, Kanina Road at Ratta Khurd in general category.
(3.) Amongst the applicants, only two candidates were called for interview. The petitioner who got 40 marks, was declared as not qualified, whereas the other candidate was awarded 79.74 marks.;
