JUDGEMENT

(1.) The contour of the facts and material, culminating in the commencement, relevant for disposal of the instant petition and emanating from the record is that, initially in the wake of complaint of complainant-Harjinder Singh son of Sher Singh, respondent No.2 (for brevity "the complainant"), a criminal case was registered against the petitioners-accused Hardev Singh son of Sulakhan Singh and others, by means of FIR No.58 dated 10.06.2010(Annexure P-1), on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under Sections 325, 323 and 34 IPC, by the police of Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar.
(2.) After completion of the investigation, the police submitted the final police report(challan). Consequently, the petitioners-accused were accordingly charge-sheeted for the commission of the pointed offences by the trial court and the case was slated for evidence of the prosecution.
(3.) During the pendency of the criminal case, good sense prevailed and the parties have amicably settled their disputes, by way of compromise/affidavit(Annexure P-2) of the complainant.;
