- (1.) This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 43 days in re-filing the present appeal.
(2.) For the reasons recorded in the application, same is allowed. Delay of 43 days in re-filing the present appeal is condoned.
(3.) The plaintiffs-appellants are in second appeal before this Court having remained unsuccessful in both the courts below.;
