(2.) This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in case of FIR No. 84 dated 17.3.2021 , under Sections 341, 323, 324, 148, 149 ( later on added Section 326) IPC, registered at Police Station 'B' Division, District Amritsar.
(3.) The FIR was at the instance of Navdeep Singh. As per the statement on 11.3.2021, there was an incident in which allegedly Sahilpreet Singh @ Sohi, Jarnail Singh (petitioner), Lovepreet Singh Bhinder, Avtar Singh and Billa and three unknown persons armed with Dattar and Kirch etc., attacked the complainant and his brother Maninder Singh Sunny.
