JUDGEMENT

Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a cross case registered vide DDR No. 30 dated 16.03.2010 under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur.
(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 12.08.2010 and he has joined the investigation. Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from ASI Amarjit Singh, Investigating Officer, states that Petitioner has joined the investigation and weapon has already been recovered from the Petitioner, therefore, custodial interrogation is no more required.
(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 12.08.2010 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner -accused shall participate in the investigation as and when he is required.;
