CR No. 2886 of 2011 The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of order dated 23.2.2011 (Annexure P -3) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar in case No. 2781 of 9.5.2006, vide which evidence of the Petitioner -Plaintiff was closed.
(3.) I have heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully including the impugned order passed by learned trial court.;
