Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 128 dated 25.9.2010 under Sections 307/336/427/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25/57/54/59 of Arms Act at Police Station Moonak.
(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 15.10.2010 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of ASI Angrej Singh, who is present personally CRM No. M -30858 of 2010 -2 -in Court, has stated that Petitioner has fired in the air. He further stated that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation and custodial interrogation of the Petitioner is not required.;
