- (1.) Vasim s/o Ismile has applied for grant of bail in FIR No. 34 dated 24.1.2010 under Section 4A/8, 2/80 of Cow Slaughter Act, read with Section 11, 59/60 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act read with Section 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Hansi, District Hisar.
(2.) As per allegation of the prosecution, complainant-Jatinder found that Canter bearing registration No. UP 15 Z 9925 was coming, which was carrying cattle for slaughter. In the meantime, 2nd vehicle also reached there. The complainant told that cows are being taken for slaughtering. The driver of the vehicle tried to run over the vehicle. One of them fired on the complainant. They were 4 in number and they ran away.
(3.) The voter card of the petitioner was found in the vehicle.;
