Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is a petition seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 752 dated 22.11.2008, under Section 498A, 406, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Central, Faridabad.
(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 23.09.2009 and he has joined the investigation. Learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, on the instructions of ASI Satbir Singh, states that the Petitioner has joined the investigation.
(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the complainant has opposed the bail application. He states that dowry articles have not been recovered, hence, custodial interrogation is must.;
