- (1.) The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking protection, as they apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 16.
(2.) The petitioners claim that both of them are major and have married each other against the wishes of their parents. Reliance is placed on judgment reported as Fiaz Ahanger & Ors. Vs. State of J & K,2009 3 RCR(Civil) 217.
