Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 8 dated 2.6.2010 under Sections 409/420/467/468/471/120 -B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(1)(D) read with Section 13(2)88 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Ferozepur.
(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 22.7.2010 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of ASI Chander Shekhar, who is present personally in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.;
