Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 177, dated 30.09.2010, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, Amritsar City.
(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 18.01.2011 and he has joined investigation. Learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from ASI Ravinder Pal Singh, Investigating Officer, who is present in person, states that the Petitioner has joined investigation and recovery of Hockey has already been made.
(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 18.01.2011 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided under Section 438(2) of the Code. Petitioners -accused shall participate in the investigation as and when he is required.;
