Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 15 dated 9.3.2011 under Sections 420/384/506 IPC, Police Station Shahpur Kandi, District Gurdaspur.
(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 7.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions from SI Prabhjit Singh, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.;
