Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 62, dated 16.06.2010, under Sections 323/324/379/506/34 and 326 IPC, registered at Police Station Bullowal, Hoshiarpur.
(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the CRM M -32724 of 2010 directions issued by this Court dated 22.11.2010 and he has joined the investigation. Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from H.C. Kamaljit Singh, who is present in person, states that the Petitioner has joined the investigation.
