Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 3 dated 3.1.2011 under Sections 406/419/420/467/468/471/120B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala.
(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 4.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
(3.) MR . K.D. Sachdeva, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of HC Gurdeep Singh, who is personally present in Court, states that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.;
