JUDGEMENT
Alok Singh, J. -
(1.) PRAYER in the present petition, filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, is for the issuance of a direction to Respondents No. 1 to 2 to protect the lives and liberty of the Petitioners from Respondents No. 3 to 7.
(2.) PETITIONERS are present in the Court. Respondent No. 3 Liyakat Ali Khan, father of Petitioner No. 1 is also present in person before this Court. At the request of Mr. Liyakat Ali Khan -Respondent No. 3, a personal meeting between Liyakat Ali Khan and Mumtaz Khan was arranged in my Chamber. As per statement of Liyakat Ali Khan, her daughter is about 22 years of age. Petitioner No. 1 has stated that she is major and she has married with Petitioner No. 2 with her will and wants to live with Petitioner No. 2. Petitioner No. 2 also stated that he is major and both of them have solemnized marriage and now want to live together as husband and wife.
(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner contends that Petitioners have threat to their life and liberty. He further states that lot of relatives of the Respondent No. 3 are present in the Court compound and can abduct the Petitioners. Respondent No. 3 father of the Petitioner No. 1 undertakes that no harm shall be caused to the Petitioners.;
