Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 43 dated 9.3.2011 under Sections 406/498 -A IPC, Police Station Shimlapuri, Ludhiana.
(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 6.4.2011 has directed to release the Petitioners on interim bail. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that Petitioners have already been released on bail and the Petitioners have joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
(3.) MR . Gulzar Mohd., learned Counsel for the complainant, has vehemently opposed the bail application.;
