Alok Singh, J. - (1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 24 dated 12.1.2011 under Sections 323, 395, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 -B IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Sector 55, Faridabad, District Faridabad.
(2.) THIS Court vide order dated 7.3.2011 has directed to release the Petitioners on bail. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
(3.) MR . Gaurav Dhir, DAG, Haryana, on instructions from ASI Prahlad Singh, who is present personally in Court, has stated that Petitioner is co -operating in the investigation.;
