- (1.) Application is allowed as prayed for.
(2.) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to the official respondents to take action against the accused persons.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaint Annexure P.1 was filed before Station House Officer, Police Station Ganaur but no action was taken. Subsequently, a detailed representation was also moved before the Director General of Police, Rohtak Division, Rohtak but no action has been taken so far.;
