Ritu Bahri, J. - (1.) THIS petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been moved seeking direction to Respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect life and liberty of the Petitioners from Respondents No. 4 and 5.
(2.) AFFIDAVIT of Petitioner No. 2 has been filed in Court, which is taken on record. In the affidavit he has stated that he has not married earlier. The petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar for protection, as per the instructions dated 10.8.2010 issued by the Home Department, Punjab. Petitioners be not arrested and adequate security be provided to them, if required.;
