No. M -35152 of 2010 This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 64, dated 03.11.2010, under Sections 379, 447, 511 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana.
(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioners states that matter has been amicably settled between the husband and wife and wife has been given Rs. 71,000/ -, as well as, 6 kanals of land. Learned Counsel further states that Petitioners are ready to join the investigation.;
