G.R.Majithia, J. - (1.) This order will be read in continuation of my order dated November 24, 1989.
(2.) Vide my separate order of even date I have allowed R. A. No. 85 of 1990 for the reasons given in the application.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated September 21, 1987 copy of which was endorsed to the petitioner on November 2, 1987, (copy Annexure P-8) not permitting him to cross the efficiency bar for his unsatisfactory record of service was also challenged at the time of arguments in the petition. I have permitted the counsel to urge this point at this stage.;
