(3.) The petitioner is in custody since 6/2/2023 in connection with C.T. Case No. 20 of 2023 arising out of Berhampur P.S Case No. 02 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri for alleged offence under Ss. 395/398 of IPC. read with Sec. 25 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959.
