(3.) The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties No. 1 and 2 to sanction and disburse the decretal/awarded amount U/s. 28-A of L.A. Act, 1894 with statutory interest in favour of the petitioner as per the Calculation Sheet submitted by the Special Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Officer, Ret Irrigation Project (Opposite Party No.3) before the Opposite Party No.2 on 23/3/2023 vide Annexure-2.
