(3.) The Money Suit No. 60 of 2015 was dismissed for default on May 11, 2017. The petitioner being the plaintiff of the said suit applied for restoration of the same and the said application for restoration was registered before the learned Trial Judge as Misc. Case No. 2042 of 2017.;
