JUDGEMENT

(1.) Records reveal that in the pending writ petition an order was passed by this Court on 16th May, 2018 categorically directing the respondents to disburse the
subsistence allowance in favour of the petitioner from the date of his custody till the issuance of suspension order and to go on making payment.
Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that after the said order was passed, the petitioner approached the respondent no. 6 along with all relevant documents and prayed for disbursement of the subsistence allowance in terms of the order passed by this Court on 16th May, 2018 but the subsistence allowance pertaining to the period indicated in the said order dated 16th May, 2018, has not yet been disbursed in favour of the petitioner.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the petitioner has not supplied the requisite documents to the said respondent no. 6 and as such the amount could not be disbursed. The documents, as produced, be kept on record. Mr. Saha, learned advocate appearing for the Council submits that by a letter dated 13th June, 2018 the said respondent no. 6 was requested to contact the petitioner and to take steps towards disbursement of the subsistence allowance.
(3.) Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to visit the office of the respondent no. 6 along with all relevant documents on 29th July, 2019 at about 10.30 A.M. The said respondent no. 6 upon acceptance of such documents shall take necessary steps towards disbursement of the subsistence allowance, as directed by the earlier order dated 16th May, 2018, subject to compliance of necessary formalities, if any, by the petitioner, positively within a period of two weeks thereafter and to submit a report before this Court on the returnable date.;
