Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. - (1.) In this writ application the petitioner has prayed for rescinding, cancellation, and withdrawal of Memo dated 11.03.2013 of the District Inspector of School (S.E.), Burdwan, (D.I., in short, hereinafter) and further direction on the said respondent to grant compassionate appointment to the petitioner commensurate to her qualification upon recording her name in the live register in the office of the said D.I.
(2.) The D.I. in compliance with the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 27.09.2012 passed in W.P. No. 14430 (W) of 202 disposed of a representation of the petitioner dated April 09, 2012 claiming appointment on compassionate ground and rejected the claim of the petitioner.
(3.) The D.I. heard the petitioner and the Headmaster and the Secretary of the School where the petitioner's mother Pratima Garai was working who died while in service on May 06, 2011.;
