DEBANGSU BASAK, J. - (1.) The respondent no. 6 is present in Court consequent to the order dated September 13, 2019.
(2.) It appears that, there is a civil suit between the private parties. Such fact was suppressed by the petitioner while obtaining the order dated September 13, 2019.
(3.) The order dated September 13, 2019 required the respondent no. 6 to be present.;
