SOUMEN SEN,J. - (1.) The appeal is arising out of an ad-interim order dated December 4, 2012 in W.P. No. 22102(W) of 2019 by which the hope of aspiring teachers to participate in the B.Ed Examination for 2019- 2020 was kept alive for the time being to be decided finally at the hearing of the writ application.
(2.) We are only concerned with the propriety of the ad-interim order passed by the learned Single Judge after hearing all the parties.
(3.) The petitioners are the students in the B.Ed. Course under the respondents/B.R. Ambedkar College, Village and P.O.-Malighati, P.S.- Debra, District- Paschim Medinipur (hereinafter referred to as the "said College"). As per the admission schedule of the West Bengal University of Teachers' Training, Education Planning and Administration the appellants herein (for short the said University), the students were admitted online in June, 2019. The last date for admissions was on the 29th of June, 2019. Thereafter the classes commenced on and from 1st of July, 2019.;
