Debangsu Basak, J. - (1.) The petitioner seeks a direction upon the police authorities to accept the cost for police picket.
(2.) State and the private respondents are represented.
(3.) This is second writ petition at the behest of the writ petitioner. The first writ petition being, W. P. No.4504 (W) of 2018 was disposed of by an order dated July 9, 2018 after recording a finding that, the petitioner did not approach the police for payment of cost.;
