(2.) The writ petitioner appeared for the Higher Secondary Examination (for short the H.S. Examination) in 2007 conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (for short the Council).
(3.) The writ petitioner claims to have secured below her expected performance of marks in Chemistry, Mathematics and Statistics papers.;
