Sudhir Ranjan Roy, J. - (1.) The petitioner on October 24, 1978 joined as a Railway Rakshak at Adra.
(2.) He was on leave from November 20, 1982 to November 28, 1982 and on November 29, 1982 he joined his duty and he was posted at the Goods shed, Bokaro Steel City from 16.00 hours to 24.00 hours.
(3.) On the same date, Sri C. Murmu, Sub-Inspector, Adra visited the shed at 22.45 hours and remained there up to 23.10 hours. He found that the petitioner and his companion Rakshak "were alert on duty at Good shed and reported all correct".;
