Ray, J. - (1.) This appeal is from the judgment and order of Sinha, J., dated May 2, 1961.

(3.) The appeal arises out of an application of the Appellant, inter alia, for the issue of a writ of certiorari to show cause as to why the order of the First Labour Court dated September 27, 1957, should not be quashed.;
