A.N. Ray, J. - (1.) This appeal is from the judgment and order of Basu, J. dated August 2, 1966.
(2.) The order was made on the application of the Respondent under Article 226 of the Constitution.
(3.) The Respondent's case in the petition was that she was in the employment of the Appellant. On November 19, 1962, a charge -sheet was issued against her. By a letter dated November 29, 1962, the Respondent asked the Appellant to furnish the Respondent with copies of certain documents. One of the documents asked for was the written complaint of the Chief Medical Officer, on the basis of which charges had been framed.;
