(2.) Mr. Mondal, Learned Advocate appears for the petitioner in W.P.11174 (W) of 2018 (for short W.P.-II). By the previous order of this Court dated 12th of July, 2018 the record of W.P.9893 (W) of 2004, an earlier Writ Petition connected to the self-same issue of operation of a ferry service over the rivers Jalangi and Bhairab in the District of Murshidabad and pending before this Court was called for and directed to be listed along with W.P.- II.
