(2.) The petitioner was appointed in the post of Constable in the West Bengal Armed Police Battalion, Purulia by an order under Memo No. 2881/RO dated June 10, 1981.
(3.) A show-cause notice was served upon him under Memo No. 519/BN dated September 13, 1982 issued by the Commandant, State Armed Police, 11th Battalion.;
