(2.) The petitioner claims interest on the delayed payment of the revised arrear pension amount under ROPA, 2009.
(3.) The petitioner was an approved Assistant Teacher of a High School. He retired from service on March 31, 2006. The first pension payment order was issued by the concerned respondent on March 17, 2006 and the revised pension payment order giving effect to ROPA 2009 was issued on July 16, 2012. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revised arrear pension amount was disbursed under ROPA, 2009 only on November 29, 2012.;
