JUDGEMENT

RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J. - (1.) The writ petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed by the Disciplinary Authority on 31st July, 2015 as confirmed by the Appellate Authority on the 10th February, 2016.
(2.) Prior to institution of the instant application, the writ petitioner approached Delhi High Court on the self same cause of action in W.P.(C)No. 10064 of 2016. The said writ petition was allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, hence the instant writ application.
(3.) The facts of the case are that on the 4th of November, 1977 the writ petitioner joined the service of the United Bank of India (Bank) as a Clerk. Sometime around the 20th April, 2010 the writ petitioner was posted on promotion as Deputy General Manager, T.E.G.Scale (VI) of the Bank's Southern Regional Office at Chennai. The writ petitioner thereupon came to be the Head of the Southern Region Zone of the United Bank of India.;
