Debangsu Basak, J. - (1.) The petitioner complains of perfunctory investigation into the death of a person.
(2.) Report as called for by the order dated December 18, 2017 filed in Court be kept with the record.
(3.) Dead body was found on September 17, 2015. Till date, the Investigating Authority presently in charge has not been able to identify the persons who are involved in the death of the person concerned. The petitioner is unhappy with regard to the progress of the investigation.;
